Sir Leonard ‘Len’ Hutton – Born on 23 June 1916

The brilliant English and Yorkshire cricketer, Len Hutton was born in Fulneck, Pudsey, on 23 June 1916.

To celebrate the day of his birth, here are two, historical newspaper stories that report on his most famous innings – the 364 that he scored against Australia in August 1938.
