Hot Off The Press – New Titles This Week

This week we have added 122,484 new pages to The Archive. We have added pages to ten of our existing titles. Titles updated this week include London daily paper the Pall Mall Gazette and one of our military titles, the Volunteer Service Gazette & Military Dispatch. There are also updates to our Irish titles, as well as titles covering the counties of Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Warwickshire. This week sees additions to our wonderful collection of sporting newspapers. We have added new pages

Hot Off The Press – New Titles This Week

This week we have added 24,516 new pages to The Archive. We have augmented our holdings of the Liverpool Echo by adding further pages from the 1960s. Liverpool during the 1960s was at the heart of British and indeed global popular culture, with the explosion of The Beatles onto the music scene. Hot Off The Press – New Titles This Week

This week we have added 148,176 new pages to The Archive. We have added pages to the Irish Independent, as well as to the Liverpool Echo. We have also added a long run of new pages to the Sligo Champion, spanning the years 1942 to 2006. The Sligo Champion was founded in 1836 by four times mayor of Sligo Edward Howard Verdon, and it is still in publication today. In October 1979 the Sligo Champion covered the visit of Pope John Paul II to Ireland. An estimated 1.25 million people
